One of the UK’s favourite cups of coffee at any time of day the cappuccino has its obvious origins in Italy.  Famous for its coffee drinking, Italy is one of the world’s largest coffee markets – but did you know that a Cappuccino in Italy is only usually served in the morning.  Later in the day strong black coffee is the drink of the day, usually taken standing up in a café.

No cappuccino after 12.00 it does not seem bearable – it is one of the nicest cups of coffee around.  In the UK thank goodness we can enjoy a cappuccino at any time, morning and noon or after an evening meal – especially with chocolate sprinkles mmmm!  But, as the old saying goes, when in Rome do as the Romans do – but when in the UK have a cappuccino whenever you like.  It is a great coffee that keeps the nation going.
