In addition to classic coffees such as ristretto, espresso or café crème, the
IMPRESSA X9 Win also has fashionable drinks such as cappuccino or latte
macchiato at its control at the press of a button. In addition to its unique
design and wide range of product choices the TFT screen also provides
adScreen advertising, in other words advertising in image and sound form.
Whether this is at the Point of Sale (POS), where eight out of ten buying
decisions are made, or for use in seminars where participants can be provided
with information on additional offerings. Give your customers the

Simple operation thanks to ‘Smart Lead’
‘Smart Lead’, the graphics and sound-aided, interactive user manual from
JURA, guides the individual through each single step in the operation and
care of the unit. Simplifying the task of maintenance: from filling the water
tank right through to cleaning – ‘Smart Lead’ displays every individual
step in the form of images and sounds. The operator is guided through
the whole procedure, simplifying the process and minimising errors, avoiding
unnecessary service costs or lost sales as a result of the machine being
out of use. Ensuring that the IMPRESSA X9 Win is operated and maintained
correctly at all times!
Speciality coffees
The IMPRESSA X9 Win has more than 20 speciality coffees at its control,
each of which can be adapted to suit individual tastes. The 3.5 inch TFT
screen quickly leads the user to his/her chosen speciality coffee in no time
at all and creates coffee enjoyment at the press of a button. Whether ristretto,
espresso, café crème, coffee with milk, coffee in a glass, cappuccino
or trendy latte macchiato: let your taste buds decide! The preparation of
up to 100 cups a day poses no problems.
Programming
When the programming flap slides elegantly upwards it reveals the programming
field with a wide range of setting options. This is where the
cleaning, maintenance and decalcification programmes can also be started
or the integrated cup counter called up. Like to limit the programming
to a specific user group? No problem: simply create code groups.

Delivery Addresses
We are currently only able to deliver to UK mainland addresses
Delivery on consumables

We operate a next day delivery service on all orders on consumables. All orders must be placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday to insure next day delivery.

Orders placed on Friday wil be subject to delivery on the following Monday.

In the rare event we are out of stock we will deliver the items as soon as possible.
Delivery On Machine Equipment

Delivery on all machines will be between 2 - 14 days after payment received.

Delivery times does depend on the type of equipment chosen. Some machines, which may be less common or require specific functions, may take marginally longer than more common machines held in our own stock.

We will contact you in any case, upon any equipment purchase.
Delivery Charges

Orders above £60 are inclusive of any standard delivery charges.

Orders under £60 regrettably will incur a delivery charge of £8.99 including vat.

The delivery charge is calculated by the total price of all items ordered; this is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you.

Machine equipment may be charged additional shipping cost and it will be indicated in the shopping cart.
Returns Policy
If you would like to return accessories or consumables, which are not faulty, we will accept them up to 3 days after you received the goods. The received date will be taken as that when the goods were signed for by our courier.
Cancellations
You may cancel your consumables and accessories order up untill the point at which the order as been despatched to our courier. If an order as been cancelled prior to despatch any charges or payments made by the customer will be refunded in full.
